As with all software NexGenTV needs to be updated from time to time. When you decide that you need an update here are the 3 easy steps to take for your update:
1. Contact us by by clicking the contact link to the right to let us know that it is coming. Add "firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book so our replies don't go to your "JUNK" folder.
2. Return the Unit only; we do not need the remote or the power source. Use a Plastic Bubble Mailer and do not include the retail box to save on shipping.
3. Enclose a $5 bill for the return shipping.
Your NexGenTV will normally be shipped back to you within 2 business days of receipt.
This service is also available to people with other TV boxes, please email us and tell us the brand you have. There will be added cost to update boxes other than NexGenTV. We do not support any device that has to be Jailbroken.
